7/24 Social Services has been founded in 2006 in Alanya/ANTALYA in order to provide professional building management. The founders are Burhan CANLI and Cuneyt ASAN.
Having many years of experience on their expertise, Burhan CANLI and Cuneyt ASAN decided to establish a business called 7/24 on Management of Buildings and Business Centers in which they can use their experience on KMK, issued in number 634.
Working with many houses, companies, factories, schools and similar institutions, 7/24 has become a trustworthy and liable company.
In the year 2006, the company focused on “ Professional Apartment Management”, one of its main foundational objectives. From 2006 and onwards, 7/24 has been inclined more onto Professional Management of Apartments and House Complexes around Alanya. Being expertised on this subject, the company has started to give a modern and reliable apartment management service.
Today, being sticked onto this concept of professional management, we give management services to apartments, house complexes and business centers all around Alanya. Being aware of the fact that apartments, house complexes and business centers have very different problems that are to be solved immediately, we created a technical team, except our main office team, that is composed of 8 people, each of which are qualified in their own areas including hygienic installation, electricity work, landscape and garden care, disinfectation, and the care for air pressure tank, generator and pool.
Our office team is consist of 6 people including the partners. Our assistance sectretaries are constantly recording all your requirements and complaints in each day for 24 hours.
The files regarding the membership fee for the properties and general expenditure loans are being prepared by our experienced office staff and given to Execution Offices.
